Altman Z-Score
A predictive model created by Edward Altman in the 1960s.
This model combines five different financial ratios to determine the likelihood
of bankruptcy amongst companies.
Generally speaking, the lower the score, the higher the
odds of bankruptcy. Companies with Z-Scores above 3 are considered to be healthy
and, therefore, unlikely to enter bankruptcy. Scores in between 1.8 and 3 lie in
a grey area.
This is a relatively accurate model -- real world application of the Z-Score
successfully predicted 72% of corporate bankruptcies two years prior to these
companies filing for Chapter 7.
What do you need to receive a Online Business Physical
or the Online Business Physical with Limited Valuation?
- You
will need the last four years of your Profit and Loss Statements and Balance
Sheets.
- Request the form below and save it to your computer.
- To open the form you will need a program that can
edit .xls files e.g. Microsoft Excel or Open Office. Fill out the information
as requested on the form and save the document.
- Send the document as an attachment to
business.physical@ec-guild.org
- Any major credit card, you will receive a payment request
by PayPal* by email (make
sure you use the same email address as a reference for your payment.
- As soon as we receive your payment we will start
processing your Business Physical and send you the report.

complete the payment process using the secure PayPal payment system.
