The clearest distinction between a Consultant and an EC is
that Consultants 'think, recommend and vision' whilst ECs typically 'analyze, think, recommend, vision, act,
teach and guide implementation'. Consultants are on the
‘outside’ working in an advisory capacity only. A EC is first on the ‘outside’ using the Business Physical
to analyze and then guide on the ‘inside’.
The
EC conducts “Business Physicals” for owners and Chief Executive
Officers using a proprietary set of “Business Physical” tools.
With these tools the EC will systematically analyse a company
and objectively recommend and guide implementation strategies
with the client.
Every EC has gone through our internal training process and all
use the exact same set of up to date tools to conduct a Business
Physical. Only after completion of the training program can
one be called a EC (Executive Counsellor). All EC have
support from Headquarters to ensure consistency and quality of
work. After completing a set of criteria in the field working as
a EC, a select group will be invited to attend the advanced
training and become a CEC (Certified Executive Counsellor).
Next
to the common signs and causes of the Abasia Point, a EC and CEC
transfers knowledge and skills to business owner and will help
in the following areas:
-
Be a sounding
board and mediator in the development of vision and strategy
-
Setting goals
and realizing those by creating a controllable plan
-
Personal and
team coaching
-
Implementation

Counsellor Guild and Seminars
We are skilled in delivering workshops as well as keynote presentations.
Topics may include the Abasia Point, Buy or Selling a Business,
and custom seminars and training. Providing an interactive workshop for your
delegates provides a longer term business benefit. They can
be involved in the learning process to a far higher degree and
take away more from the experience. |
