What is an
Executive Counsellor?
An
Executive Counsellor (“EC”) is a cross between an advisor, teacher,
mediator and coach for businesses. An EC conducts “Business
Physicals” for owners and Chief Executive Officers using a proprietary
set of “Business Physical” tools. With these tools the EC will
systematically analyse a company and objectively recommend and guide implementation
strategies with the client. An EC transfers knowledge and skills to
business owner.
The
EC system began in the fall of 2001 when Dr. John Stolk,
the founder, set out on a quest to build a new and more interactive
counselling service. John’s vision was to build a system
that would provide quality counselling services to businesses yet
provide the basis for a good quality of life for Executive
Counsellor Guild members. These
two principles form the backbone upon which the
foundation of EC has been built.
